Can I switch to Slisu from my current payment provider?

What information do I need to apply?

How does Slisu charge for its services?

How quickly will I receive my payouts?
Slisu offers next day payouts for eligible merchants. Funds are deposited directly to your bank account within 24 hours of settlement. Payout timing may vary based on your bank and account type.
Can I accept payments in person and online?
Yes. Slisu supports both in-person payments through our POS hardware and online payments for e-commerce businesses. Our platform is built to handle both so you can manage everything in one place.
What currencies does Slisu support?
Slisu primarily processes transactions in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you have specific multi-currency requirements, speak with our team and we will advise on the best options available for your business.
How do I handle refunds and chargebacks?

What happens if my terminal breaks or stops working?
If your terminal has a hardware issue, contact our support team right away. We offer replacement and repair support to minimize any disruption to your business. We understand that downtime costs you money and we treat hardware issues as a priority.
Can I use Slisu software with my existing hardware?

Does Slisu support multiple terminals for one business?
